Live Arrival Guarantee

What does this mean?

We guarantee live arrival on all live ant orders (applies to Queens only for colonies, not workers or brood). In the rare occasion you received your order and discover your Queen arrived dead on arrival, we will offer a 100% refund of the ants cost. In all instances we require you to provide a photograph with the tamper evident seal fully intact on the day of delivery if there is a problem with your queen.

Shipping cost refunds are not included as this is an unrecoverable cost. If a package was missed due to no one being in to sign for the item on the first instance this will void the guarantee.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they have undertaken enough research to be able to look after the insects and provide them with the correct conditions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that guaranteed live arrival is currently only applicable to domestic UK orders at this point. We do of course take every care to ensure live goods are packaged safely and securely. We endeavour to ensure the lowest possible risk in transit.

Please also be aware that some countries or states may have restrictions on importations on certain live goods or specific species.

Unfortunately worldwide laws are always being updated and we cannot keep track of this in all countries.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure checks are completed before ordering. They are in no way our responsibility.

Orders that are not delivered as a result of customs issues caused by importation of live goods not permitted cannot be refunded unless the goods are returned in satisfactory condition.
