Non Livestock Orders
Orders that are placed after 8am, Monday to Thursday are usually shipped next day. Orders arriving after 8am on a Friday are sent on Mondays. Once we have packaged and shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email confirming this.
We always try our best to ensure our live ant deliveries are speedy by only shipping ants via Royal Mail 1st Class. We are at the mercy of our shipping carriers so please excuse us if it's not always next day for domestic orders.
We will only ship live ant orders on working days Monday through to Thursday, providing the ambient temperatures do not exceed 30c or below 2c. 
Once your order has been packed and shipped by our awesome shipping team, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number included. 
You'll be able to keep a close eye on your order as it speeds through the carrier's network
We love shipping internationally. We think we're pretty good at it. Things are done a little differently to our domestic orders.
For live ant shipments we Royal Mail carrier network that ensures your orders are delivered in a timely manner. Whilst the delivery times advertised are to be used as a guide only, most packages should be delivered within this time frame. Please be aware that customs delays can significantly delay some orders. Tracking can sometimes be delayed also so don't be alarmed if you don't receive an update for a few days. Often the tracking won't update until it arrives in your actual country.
Please be aware that your order may be subject to customs taxes or duties.
Every country has their own laws surrounding these costs and it is the customers responsibility to be aware of these possible costs.
Items returned due to fees not being paid or items not being accepted will be refunded in full as soon as they arrived back to us. Please note we do not refund the shipping costs as these are unrecoverable by us.
Please also be aware that some countries or states may have restrictions on importations on certain live goods or specific species.
Unfortunately worldwide laws are always being updated and we cannot keep track of this in all countries.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure checks are completed before ordering. They are in no way our responsibility.
Orders that are not delivered as a result of customs issues caused by importation of live goods not permitted cannot be refunded unless the goods are returned in satisfactory condition.
